Reggie Jackson is fed up with the state of American politics.

On Friday night, the Yankees legend took to social media to rip Trump’s Secretary of Defense, Pete Hegseth.

“What’s happening with our (Secretary) of Defense?” Jackson asked in an X/Twitter post. “How do we get rid of all that experience at this time? …

Getting rid of The Chaplin leader

“Getting rid of The Chaplin leader? What? We’ve got a war going on and we’re getting rid of most of our experience and knowledge built with uniform time.”

Jackson is referring the the ousting of Army Chief of Staff Gen. Randy George and Army Gen. David Hodne by Hegseth.

This isn’t the first time Jackson has commented negatively on the Trump administration.

In a social media post, the legendary slugger accused Trump of trying to intimidate the Fed through legal action. Jackson also applauded JPMorgan Chase CEO Jamie Dimon for rallying behind Powell amid the Justice Department’s criminal inquiry.

“Thank you Jamie Dimon for stating reasonable facts about the undermining of our Fed chair Powell,” Jackson posted Tuesday. “Thanks for standing up to the Administration for their bullying. I salute you sir, glad to have met you in Houston awhile back. Sad the politicians are scared of our leader.”
